We offer a huge range of Group Fitness Classes!

Our group fitness timetable offers a wide variety of styles - from Yoga, Barre Pilates, Special Forces and Kettlebell to Cycle, Boxing and your favourite Les Mills programs. Whether you're new to Group Fitness, or need some tips to perfect your skills, we also offer 15 minute technique sessions to help you get the most out of your classes! For more detail on Class descriptions click here
