Adrenaline is a High Intensity Interval Training program designed for everyone, fit or not, to help you reach your fitness goals faster in a fun and challenging team environment. These small group training sessions utilise our purpose built functional training area, where participants will get to learn new exercises and use new pieces of equipment under guidance from our qualified Adrenaline coaches demonstrating correct technique.


JOIN THE ADRENALINE 8 WEEK CHALLENGE 

What is involved and included in the 8 week challenge:

  • Unlimited AdrenalineHIT sessions
    • Including 4 sessions only available to challenge participants.
  • Adrenaline RUSH benchmark strength and fitness measure at the beginning and end to measure improvements in physical performance.
  • Myzone M3 Belt to accurately record in real time heart rate, calories burnt and overall effort
  • Free Evolt Body Composition scans before during and after to accurately track changes
  • Trainer support throughout.
  • Prizes for the most improved RUSH result and for most improved Evolt Scan. 
  • The challenge is suitable to people of an intermediate to advanced fitness level. If you are unsure if this is right for you please attend one of our Adrenaline sessions and speak to a trainer.

The challenge begins February 4th.
