New Group Fitness Timetable Starting Monday, 5th November

New Classes

Weightlifting classes will run FREE for members at the following times;

  • Wednesday 6:00am with Katy
  • Thursday 7:30pm with Mike
  • Friday 6:00am with Richard

Time Changes

The following classes will be moved forwards in time to better coincide with our childcare times

  • Barre Pilates with Molly on Tuesdays has moved from 9:30am to 9:15am
  • Special Forces with Katy on Thursday has moved from 9:30am to 9:15am
