Mindfulness May At Macleod YMCA
Come and join us as we host a range of mindful events and activities during May both in centre and in the community.
These sessions invites participants to join us in our community to take time out of their busy schedule to just 'be', so they can leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after being guided through a 60 minute meditation. To attend either of these free events please book below;

The Wellness Workshop is designed to provide information on how to increase the quality of your life, by making small yet instrumental changes to improve your health and wellbeing.
Just some of the topics include: Self-management, meditation and mindfulness, and authentic goal setting. Take this time out for yourself to set positive behavioural patterns for your year ahead!

Mindful Practices Program
Members $50, Non Members $60
A 4 week program designed for participants to learn about Mindfulness & Meditation while participating in engaging activities. This program provides life-skills that can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and increase overall general wellbeing. Get ready to be inspired in making mindfulness an everyday activity.
